’35 Zundapp KK200
Whilst in the US I bought another Zundapp. This time a true classic, vintage even. I loved the quirky elements – the pressed steel frame, the forks, a side mounted gearstick! I also loved the fact that it was unrestored – a few tweaks here and there, but otherwise a true survivor at over 80 years old.
Its a rare KK200 model with lots of pictures and the odd video of this actual bike on line.
To date I’ve done nothing to it. Constantly switching between a desire to restore it to leave it alone… only time will tell.
In the meantime it is currently on display in Bikers Cafe of Jumeirah Beach Road – probably dripping oil.
