and here she is in all her glory, the 356 finished, for now

Promised as an early Christmas present Ben and AAA delivered, and I collected the 356 over the break. An interesting drive home, I hit unusual traffic and whilst its not hot this time of year it did test the air-cooling, but was good. I think the timing compounded the heat slightly and the ignition didn’t feel right, but it looked and handled well. Oh, and it stank of petrol as the attendant over-filled it – in fact some was dripping into the cabin, but we can sort that!

So here she is – looking good.
