Lotus Esprit SE High wing

One that came as stayed was a ’92 Lotus Esprit SE High Wing. Neglected for too many years in Garhoud, the car finally came up for same and I snapped it up that afternoon – a race with a few friends. Very low mileage, but also sun-kissed and neglected, it went straight to AAA for an engine and trans out rebuild and full repaint. I’ll try and post a full update on this, but safe to say it is all done now and looking fantastic. I even went for a full new interior leather and carpet etc, with some great plaid inserts. The Esprit is a great performer too with a successful 3 Peaks 700km challenge earlier in the year. The car is now sold and in a great collection of 80’s and 90’s dream cars.
